On Wednesday February 10th around 2:30 the WBFD and automatic aid partners were dispatched to the 100 block of Oak Drive in South Heidelberg Township for a structure fire. Fire crews arrived on scene and had a single story storage building with smoke showing. Crews pulled single a hand line and made quick work of a small fire on the exterior of the building. The roof of the building was partially involved in fire so crews made access to the roof and worked to ensure the fire spread was stopped. Fire personnel were on scene for approximately 2 hours before returning.
